What Medicine Should I Take For Early Ejaculation ?
i am 20 yrs old while doing intercourse with my partner or doing hand practice sperm come out within a minute please suggest me how things will become perfect without taking any medicine?

You should not do sex immediately with partner. Spend more time doing foreplay as that will make more erection and more time for ejaculation. When having sex, as soon as you feel semen going to come, you should take out your penis from her vagina and ask her to pinch the tip of your glans penis head with her finder and thumb. This is a good technique to prevent semen from coming at that time. This way you can do sex again and for long time. Repeat whenever you feel it's going to come and for how long you want to prolong.
