What Medicines Can Be Used To Help Shrink The Fibroids?

Hi I am a 38 years old. I have several fibroids. Two that are large. I have excessive bleeding during periods. My GYN doctor spoke about two procedures I can choose from. Hysterectomy or UAE. If I choose the UAE, what meds can be used to help shrink the fibroids?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
As you have multiple fibroid (two large), excessive bleeding and age of 38, best is the hysterectomy/myomectomy.
UAE is an noninvasive procedure that blocks of blood flow to fibroids and thus can treat them.
But it will require two or more time to treat the symptoms.
Following medicine will be useful:
Tablet progesterone or progesterone containing device
Tablet Pauce MF
Danazole and GNRH agonist can be useful
Take healthy diet with iron supplements
Drink plenty of water
So take proper advises under the advise of the gynecologist.
Hope this may help you
