What Medicines Should Be Taken For Fever, Cold, Cough And Vomiting?

Hi. I have fever from last night, with cough and cold. Vomited twice till today morning. Pharmacist has prescribed me the following:
-Azax Tab 500 mg,
- Omesec Cap 20 mg,
-Ondem MD Tab 4mg,
-Cofryl Cough Syrup

Please advice if Azax should be taken now and if rest of the medicines are appropriate for the conditions.

Hi, azax is an antibiotic with the name of azithromycin, so if u r running fever along with other symptoms, then u can take antibiotic.
