What Might Be Causing Persistent Dysphagia And A Neck Bump Despite Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes?

Hello there, Im a 18 year old female, and it would be very helpful if someone could help me with my symptoms. I have difficulty swallowing, i think the medical term is dysphagia. This started a month ago, when i got my neck lymph nodes swollen, an ultrasound test was made, and it didnt show any abnormalities in the esophagus or throat, only my swollen lymph nodes. Igot them treated and they went back to normal, but the dysphagia didnt go away. I havent had any stroke or situation that would make me feel difficulty swallowing. I can drink liquids very well, it doesnt hurt to swallow, i dont throw up the food, and my tummy doesnt hurt. I also dont have any throat infections, I dont know if this is important, but in my neck there seems to be an exageration or bump in the neckbone, or the bone that can be seen the most, but it wasnt like this before. I hope this can help you to determine my condition.
