What Might Be The Cause Of Cardiac Arrest After Angioplasty?

hi, my father has undergone angioplasty with one stent in his LAD , in the recovery roon right 30 minutes after procedure , he got a cardiac arrest , ASYSTOLE which got CPR after

,,, the doctors say might it is due to vasovagal attack , may I have your suggestion ?

I really appreciate your concern for your father, looking to the history given here I could say that the exact episode of that time was important to be seen clinically, chances of having heart attack is likely and this might not be vasovagal shock, because vasovagal shock recovered soon without any specific treatment, if your father was given CPR then this could be infarction and cardiac event was likely, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
