What Might Be The Reason For Pins And Needles In Hand And Shortness Of Breath, Taking Beta Lockers For Palpitations Since Few Months?

I am on beta blockers as I have been suffering for months with palpitation. I have been on and off them since 2012 And was on anti depressants for about 4 months but just beta blockers now. I struggle sleeping and more recently Been getting pins and needles in my Hands and short of breath and I tend to Go very pail which other people notice when I bad
