What Might Cause Frequent Warm Sweats?

I am getting these warm sweats that come over me 6 times a day and sometimes wake me up at night I am female 42 it's been happening for about a month is it anxiety I have seen the doctor twice and they are not concerned but I am uncomfortable it's like I am hot then cold sometimes?

I think, you have anxiety disorder and in that case, you need antidepressant and low dose benzodiazepine. You should consult a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and management.
