What Might Semi Consciousness?

I am Kusum Joshi from Bangalore. We had admitted my sister who fell semi-concious 2 weeks back to Shiridi Sai Hospital.But till now they are not discharging her , nor giving us an information regaring her ailments.Kindly suggest me how to go about with this
