What More Should I Do To Conceive?

I am 29 yrs old try to concive last 2 yrs but no postive result come out.my dr suggest for USG after my preoids but eggs not relese.then she pescribe ovacare forte medicine3 month last 40 days i took this and my all test result r normal i done hsg also,now what i do?

Dear madam,I understand your concern.first of all dont worry you are only 29 and nothing is over still.if the main cause of infertility is no release of egg ie.,anovulation then you can take ovulation inducing drugs after consulting your ObGy.cause of anovulation should also be treated.infertility will have both male and female causes.so your husband should also get a check up done.if everything is normal and both are not having any problem you can try artificial insemination.artificial reproductive techniques are the last resort.but most important thing is leave the anxiety about conception because even it is also one of the cause for infertility.so be free dont worry,have patience as it may take time and have hope .
