What Multivitamins Are Suggested For Hair Fall & Dull Skin?

Hello Sir, am 30 yrs old and have noticed dull skin, dark circles and lot of hair fall since 6 months. I feel I m not getting essential nutrients from my diet, so thought of trying multivitamins for improving my skin and hair. Can u plz suggest safe multivitamin tablets and Can i take it for a long time like an year or so..

Hello,

As per your case history of hair fall, my treatment advice is -
1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Use a good herbal hair oil and shampoo for routine use.
3. Take an iron supplement and vitamin b12 supplement once daily for three months.
If the problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
