What Other Oral Medications Can I Give A Child With Recurrent Amoebiasis After Multiple Courses Of Metronidazole?

Good morning. I have patients (7y/o)with recurrent amoebiasis and has undergone metronidazole treatment more than 6x but the infection recur after 2 to 4 wks. What other oral meds can i give aside from metronidazole and what is the exact dosage per kg body weight. Im from the phils and hoping your recommended drug is available here in our country. Thanks!
