What Other Prominent Features Does The Fetus Have At 12 Weeks Pregnancy?

Hello,
I am 12 weeks and 2 days pregnant. My ultrasound today showed the baby's heart axis is currently far to the left. All other vitals were normal (heartbeat etc). I am due to return in 3 weeks to check again, but trying to see what else I can find out online.

Dear member,
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.

The fetus at 12 weeks is reasonably grown to check heart rate, limbs. Spine. Nuchal fold thickness, all 4 limbs.

The clear anatomy of each of these organs will be defined only at 16-18 weeks where an anomaly screen or level 2 scan is done.
The heart axis is usually to the left but more than normal deviation will require a complete fetal echo to check for any abnormal features.
To comment on any problem now is too early.
Thanks
