What Over-the-counter Painkiller Can I Take For Aches After My Second COVID-19 Vaccine Without Triggering A Migraine?

My doctor says that I shouldn t take painkillers with caffeine or ibprophin in them since they could trigger my chronic migraines rather than helping them. Instead I take Sumatriptan when I do get migraines. Since I stopped taking midol and ibprophin, I haven t had the need to find a replacement for regular aches and pains. Yesterday I got my second covid-19 vaccine and all I feel today is bone deep aches and throbbing pains. What s an over the counter painkiller I can take that won t trigger a migraine on top of everything else I m feeling?
