What Pain Relief Medication Can My Mother Take Instead Of Tramadol HCL, Considering Her Disc Slip And Stomach Issues?

Hi my mother have disc slip in lumber sacral region.It take medicines from last 2 years in the medicine a tablet tonoflex P (tramadol hcl +paracetamol) in past time this medicine was not show any side effect or adverse effect.Now a days its effect on heart after it take my mother said that heart beat problems and vomiting conditions. When ita not take then normal..my mother age is 54year and also have stomach problem..So plz suggest an alternate medicine of tramadol hcl. To take and give pain relive. In complete medicine she takes. Osnate D ( have minerals and some vitamins) Tonoflex P(tramadol hcl +paracetamol) Alkaris(aceclofenic) Redrine(paracetamol +orphenradrine citrate) And some time take multibionta capsule(have multi vutamins)...

You can go for tab Gabapentin-M or Pregalin-M, daily at night. It’s good for relieving pain and relaxation too. Adding 250 mg of magnesium on alternative days can give good relief.
