What Pain Relievers Are Safe For Arm Pain After My COVID-19 Vaccine While On Clopidogrel For 4 Months?

I have been taking clopedegrilfor four months. My upper arm has had a great deal of pain for the last month. I did get the COVID-19 vaccine second dose in that arm on Feb. 19. What pain relievers could I take for the pain, and could the new medicine cause problems?
