I was told that only part of the testicle is "tender". What part is it? That is, what part of a testicle aches after a blow to the groin or due to pressure? (I'm looking for an answer with medical/scientifc terms, please. Epididymis? Parenchyma? etc.)
Hi. good question. The part of the scrotum with a typical tenderness is testis itself. The pain can be so sever on trauma that the person can faint 9 in our terms - vaso-vagal shock) rest parts in the scrotum are less tender to pressure; they are epididymis and spermatic cord. his is the reason the players use scrotal caps or helmets.
