What Persistent Cough And Flu Even After Administering Medicines In A Child?

Hello , my daughter is 3 + . She was suffering from severe cough n flu . Also has a wheezing sound in her breath . I m giving zatofen syp and beasy sachet at night to her advised by the doctor . She is still not well and her condition is getting worse . Help and advise me kindly

Hello,

I think she needs to take antibiotics such Amoxicillin for bronchitis. Also taking corticosteroid inhalation can help her breathing and to get well faster. Also, continue taking ketotifen.
