Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

I think you need to visit a doctor as for the fungal infection with a red rash and burning sensation no appropriate medication available over the counter. The doctor will prescribe anti-fungal medication with topical steroids to get rid of the problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar, Psychiatrist
