What Precaution Should Be Taken To Combat High BP And Elevated Lipid Profile?

Hello I m 47 year old. I got my lipid profile test done. Triglycerides 304, Cholestrol 275 , HDL 53, LDL 151, TC to HDL ratio 5.2 & LDL to HDL ratio 2.9. My blood pressure readings 102/150. Doctor had prescribed repace 25 & Ecosprin AV 75. What precaution should I take?

Hi and welcome to HCM. Your lipid profile is abnormal and BP diastolic BP is on higher side. Your doctor has prescribed right medications repace 25 for hypertension and ecosprin AV for high cholesterol and also good for heart. APart from medications restrict salt in diet, avoid junk foods, fatty foods, do some physical exercise half an hour of walking, practice meditation. All the best. Regards
