Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Since you have had a history of spotting in the early pregnancy , it is important to have proper support during this pregnancy for you.
WIth women at risk of miscarriage due to prior bad obstetric history, progesterone support is a must.
Progesterone supplementation during early pregnancy has been shown to reduce chances of miscarriage and adverse fetal outcomes.
Susten contains natural micronized progesterone which is a must for pregnancy support.
Vaginal progesterone is much better absorbed than oral progesterone.
Duphaston also is dihydrogestone, which increases the chance of successful pregnancy.
Pubergen 5000 injections are HCG injections which should be taken until placental function fully takes over at the beginning of the second trimester.
Folic acid is a must throughout the pregnancy for you, in a dosage of 5 mg per day.
Progesterone supplementation also should be continued right through the third trimester.
These medications will help to prevent any adverse fetal outcomes.
Do not worry as the treatment prescribed to you is ideal.
Avoid sex, intercourse and stress.
All the best
