What Precautions Are Advised In Case Of Vein Burst?

After doing kapalbhati yoga for one hour and when i was stetching in workout all of sudden there striked my head resulted in sever pain back of my head. I immediatly called my doctor , he took me to the hospital and did MRI and Angiography tests which showed clearly bursting of vein it was bleeding in side due to this there was very sever pain now it is subsided due to his proper diogonoses and medication. Please let me know what I have to do now and what kind of precautions i hqave to take.
