What Precautions Are Recommended After Ectopic Pregnancy And Temperature Between 99.5-100.4F?

My name is Deborah, 31yrs old Married with one child. I have had a ectopic pregnancy 3weeks back. Since last week i have been having temperature every night between 99.5-100.4F. I went to the doctors in my locality and they have been administering me Antibiotics since then. Today i was discharged from the hospital after 3days & 4 night observation where in my temperature remained constant. After coming back home, i have started having temperature 99.6-100.5. Please advice what needs to be done and what precautions to take?
