Hi thanks for asking question.
As far as food is concerned you can take non veg food.
But according to me for few days it is better to take fruits more as they contain antioxident. The citrous food especially helpful as they contain vitamin c.So by taking orange like fruit your wound will heal faster.
Green leafy vegetables also helpful in healing faster.
Take care of your wound , wash it with saline and clean it and keep dry.
Antiseptic cream can be applied over wound.
If source of dog not found then it is better to take antirabies vaccine as full course.
The dog bite are inevitable.Avoid stress and take healthy diet with medicine.
I hope my suggestion will help you.
