What Precautions Must Be Taken When A Person Has High TSH Levels ?

My wife has undergone for the thyroid test in the last week. In that she got 10.69 in TSH , T3 &T4 are normal only. Right what precautions she has to take care?

she will have to take tab.eltroxin regularly.
start with lower dose under medical supervision.
monitor TSH level & titrate the dose.
