What Precautions Need To Be Taken After Having Positive Results From Thread Mill Test?
I am aged 45 years (male).I take medicine for bp and cholestrol.Recently I took an ECG and my general physician informed that it is normal but slight variation in left ventricle .He advised me to undergo tread mill test and the report given is positive.Pl suggest next course of actionLy
Using salt limitations and blood pressure monitoring with good Physical activities, as well as lipid profile monitoring and fats restrictions may be helpful. However if associated with any exertional chest pain may need to be evaluated further on thalium scan etc. Baby aspirin or anti platelets therapy may be needed alongside statins for lipids control.
