What Precautions Need To Be Taken With Respect To This EKG Test Result?

Hi. I am a 26 yo female, weigh 110 lbs, 5 4 with normal blood tests. However, my EKG shows a non specific t-abnormality. I do not have any symptoms and found out about this during a check-up. Does this abnormality increase my risk of blood clots or any other adverse events if I start to use oral contraceptives?
