What Precautions Should Be Followed In Order To Deliver The Baby Normally?
HI DOC, GUD PM. i WOULD LIKE TO ASK I AM 24WEEKS PREGNANT AND THIS IS MY FIRST TIME. PLS. GIVE ME A PIECE OF ADVICE INORDER TO HAVE A NORMAL DELIVERY. BECAUSE I AM AFRAID BECAUSE MY MOM DELIVERED A BABY THRU CS SECTION AND ALSO MY SISTER. iS IT POSSIBLE THAT ME TOO WILL DELIVER THROUGH CS SECTION?
thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com.....
see first of all, normal delivery should be the preferred way of delivery but patients avoid it because of intense pain that the suffer during delivery...if the patient's as well as the baby's condition are okay, the alignment of the baby is okay, patient's pelvis is adequate and there is no definite indications of doing c-section, normal delivery can be and should be tried...because recovery from a normal delivery is faster and easier....plus the complications of an operation is not there....
so avoid alcohol, smoking, heavy work or strain and continue with your pregnancy...get your ultrasound scans and blood reports done at regular intervals....take all the necessary medications....and you might have a normal delivery coming.....
hope this was useful.... regards
