What Precautions Should Be Taken After Having A Miscarriage?

3 days back i have miscarriage in 6th month there was a bloodclot in placenta but doctors could have not saved my baby.....why???? i need to consult best gyneo for atleast takecare of now onwards n in how many days my body heel n come to normal position? n what precautions to be taken now?
