NEED ADVICE OF EXPERIENCED IVF SPECIALIST.. Dear sir/madam, I am 36 years old weight 71 kg. I am also hypothyroid and taking medications (altroxin 75 mcg) since 2010. In 2012 I had naturally conceived, however had miscarriage after 01 month. I think blood clot was the issue, not sure. I had 02 unsuccessful IVF cycles. I had third IVF cycle in last month on 26 Feb 17. I had done bHCG on 14 Mar 17 and my count is 1840. My Doctor has continued my earlier medications which are as follows: Folic Acid 5 mg BD Duphastone 10 mg BD Eltroxin 75 mcg Progesterone gel twice a day Heprin 60 mg once a day. I am confused by so much information, I need your expert advice on the following: 1.     What should be my daily routine? Should I be on complete bed rest? Or I am permitted for small walks as I think I have blood clots issues? 2.     Is my previous miscarriage history will pose danger? Things to do for me… 3.     What are the foods I should take and which I should avoid? 4.     I was having uticaria issues in 2015. The same was visible on my skin in last month whilst taking progesterone injections. So doctor has changed it to Progesterone gel twice a day. Any precautions I need to take? I have started taking dried ½ teaspoon amla powder with honey twice a day. Is it ok? 4.     What are the precautions should I take in the coming days/weeks? 5. Other valuable information for me.
