What Precautions Should Be Taken For Dog S Bite Apart From Vaccination?

My daughter was scratch or maybe bite by our puppy 15days ago and already had her vaccine 3 times..but before she took her 3rd vaccine she was bitten again by the same puppy..it was really now a bite not scratch..7 days past the puppy dies because it never eats..pls. Advise me on what to do..thanks..
