HI MY NAME IS MELLEX. I USE TO SMOKE CIGS AND I THOUGHT IF I SMOKED IN THE RESTROOM OF THE HOUSE IT WOULDNT EFFECT MY KIDS. WELL I WAS TOLD THEY COULD GET CANCER AND ETC. PROBLEMS WITH THEIR HEALTH. IM NOW GOING TO STOP SMOKING INSIDE OR AROUND THEM... I WISH I COULD STOP COMPLETELY.... ANYHOW WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP THEM. AS FAR AS VITAMINS AND ETC TO HELP PREVENT ANY FURTHER HARM TO THEIR BODIES. CAN I BUY A HUMIDIFIER WIPE ALL THE WALLS DONE WITH CLOROX SHOULD I HAVE THEM TESTED FOR CANCER? PLEASE ANY INFO WOULD HELP THANK YOU MUCH

Good decision to stop smoking for you and for your family also.It is rightly said that your smoking affect your children in many ways.
First called passive smoking means wherever you smoke but your lung contains smoke particles if youbare regular smoker which are exhaled from you whole day and circulate in air.This air goes in to your hild lungs and affect them.
Second if yourchildern know that you smoke, they may start smoking in early age as an environmntal factors.
Third some role of genetics.If your father smoker and you also, chances of your children to be smoker more.
So just consult deaddition specialist to stop smoking forever by counselling as well as medicines if needed.
