What Precautions Should Be Taken For The Micturition Syncope?

I wake up early in morning and while urinating fell down on floor with unconsious state for a sec or few, this symptomps are of micturition syncope. I also observed in slight high rate of heart beat. What precaution should I take to get recover from this disease.
