What Precautions Should Be Taken To Avoid Abortion In Future?
I am 31 yr old, female. having PCOD.got preg twice 1st abortion due to insufficient growth @2.5 months, took ecosprin, letzi 5 mg, metformin and got pregnant. 2nd inevitable abortion due to cervical incompetance @ 4.5 months. what are the things i need to take care to avoid abortions?

since you are Having PCOD please have a strict sugar control.
three months before planning for baby start folic acid, sugar control.
continue with Metformin.
few tests are needed to know cause of 1st abortion , please share clinical history and investigations of first abortion.
Regards to cervical incompetence please start progesterone as you diagnosed with pregnancy.
avoid sex, lifting heavy weight in first trimester.
cervical enceclage to prevent abortion.
