What Precautions Should Be Taken To Maintain The Liver Enzyme Levels?

Hi sir, i am gobinda from india, age 27 male single. before 5 month i m suffering pancreas and Hepatitis B+. after 3 month treatment my SGPT and SGOT level is normal. now this week Test SGPT and SGOT 62 & 100 so what type of precaution is required. and second question i m physically (sexual) week so i want to increase my physical power like want to take capsules so i its good for my health or not?

Hi,

CBC and routine test can be repeated, you can follow up with your physician as he knows your proper history, take a healthy diet [more fruits, vegetables, salads drink 7-8 glasses of water. Join some breathing exercise program like OMBW or art of living programme [it can boost immunity]. Take more antioxidants [amla, aloe vera, basil, turmeric]. Do not start steroid or any capsules on your own.
