What Precautions Should Be Taken When Entering Dengue Prone Area?

Hello, Planning to go to Phuket on holiday Sunday 18th July. The family consists of:

4 x adults and 2 children (boy 7, girl 9). We heard that there is a possibility of Malaria, Dengue Fever and Chikungunya. What do we need to take and how long before departure. Also, where can we get relevant vaccines quickly.

Many thanks

Esther Leach
