What Prognosis Can Be Made With My CT Scan Showing Crenating Follicle Noted In The Right Ovary?

CT Scan shows PELVIC ORGANS: Status post hysterectomy. Crenating follicle noted in the right ovary. I am 48 and had a partial hysterectomy at 27. I m in so much pain for over a month now. What does this mean? My white blood cells are 17.0 Neutrophils Absolute 10.2 x10E3/uL 1.4 - 7.0 x10E3/uL Lymphocytes Absolute 5.1 x10E3/uL 0.7 - 3.1 x10E3/uL Monocytes Absolute 1.1 x10E3/uL 0.1 - 0.9 x10E3/uL

Hello,

A crenating follicle is a normal finding in the ovary. This is not liekly to cause the pain that you are having. You can consult a gastroenterolgist to find out any other cause.
