What Rehabilitation Steps Should We Take To Help A Young Adult, Three Weeks Post-stroke With Left-side Paralysis And NG Tube Feeding?

Dear Doctor, I would like to ask about the stroke rehabilitation stage for my sister her age is 25, stroke happen 3 weeks ago and currently, her left side is paralyzed, she didn t speak at all but understand others and uses an NG tube to eat or drink, and I see some behavioral change and disturbing sounds like Eh..Eh..Eheheheheh . I guess this sound comes when she is not comfortable with activities other are doing. With the above information, what can we do or what process we should follow to avoid NG tube and start to mouth feeding or swallowing? if the time is not early to speak, Is there anything that can help her to start speaking?
