Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that there have been traumatic injury to the eardrum due to sudden Thrush causing traumatic injury to the ear..
It is causing pain..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and Otoscopic examination can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case if there is traumatic injury leading to perforation of ear drum you will be advised Antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller, Steroid and decongestant nasal drops along with antibiotic and steroid nasal drops as it will help in healing the perforation..
In case if perforation is large Tympanoplasty will be advised..
You should completely avoid exposure to loud sounds, swimming as well as putting ear phones or putting anything like earbud inside the ear..
As of now take Ibuprofen for pain relief..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
