What Relieves The Sore Throat And Congestion In Chest Due To Smoking?
Hi, I smoked (and inhaled) quite a few cigarellos (cigars kind of) last night and woke up with an abnormally sore throat. Through the day it got a little better but it feels as tho there is a huge lump in my throat with like razor blades. I also really feel it it in my chest and I haven t been having chest pain all day. The cigarellos are the only thing I can think to cause this? Related? How can I treat this? Do I need prescription? Is it something worse then I m thinking?

U Have to stop all this - any vices. Use nicotine taste chewing gums if u can't easily get off the habit. Also this can be throat or respiratory infection flared up by the smoke or made to notice by the smoking. In either case, hydration, any inflammatories, anti oxidants to repair the damage .. No anxiety
