What Remedies Can Help With Carpal Tunnel Symptoms, Including Hand Twitching And Thumb Weakness?

Hello, I ve had carpal tunnel for about a year now. I ve been wearing the brace but not sure if it s effective. Lately I ve noticed a twitching in my hands & fingers more frequent than usual & my letter thumb gets weak at times. I just started taking Nervive pills but it s only been a few days. What other remedies are there or what else can I do?
