What Risks Are There If My Child Keeps Licking Her Brother S Sandals, And Can Shoes Carry Fecal Bacteria?

Hi! I want to ask you: my little daughter 4 years old is licking the sandals of my bigger boy 9 years old. Is she took a lot of germs and what can happen if she continue licking them? And is it all shoes and sandals can have feckal bacteria? Thank you so much! :)
