What S Causing Knee Swelling After Adding Omega 3, 6, And 9 To Centrum Usage?

Hi Dr. I,m using centum for a few years now and my health has been good. Now after two weeks use of omega 3,6,9 my knee got swollen and painful. Im on my feet most of the day, also wearing high hills when im going out. What is the cause for my swollen knee
