What S Causing Pasty Whitehead On The Forehead And Upper Sides Of The Face?

Hello. The forehead and upper sides of my face has a pasty, whitehead (without) the bumps look to it. No matter how hard I try, I cannot wipe them away nor will any product I use seem to help. I do know that within my family, other members have that darkening of skin in patches (on the top of cheeks, around the top of forehead on the upper sides. I don t use makeup nor do I wash my face with soap. Please give me your opinion of what it could be. Thank you.

it is due to blocked sweat ducts. This occurs generally after puberty, due to increase in hormones and increase in oil production. Wash your face with noncomedogenic face wash.
