What S Causing Tight Mid Back, Flutter Heart Beats In An Otherwise Healthy Person With All Tests Normal?

Hello. I have been dealing with very tight mid back with a sublexed rib and neck muscles for over a year. Within the last few weeks been experiencing skipped or flutter heart beats. Went to ER and had ekg, chest x rays, blood test, thyroid test and magnesium test which all came back normal. However I am still having these palpitations. To me it feels like I have a iirritated nerve in my front right side lowest rib and in the same spot of my mid back which seems to trigger the palpataions. I have no known health issues. Don t drink or ever smoked. 5 9 190 pounds.....any ideas??? Thank u.
