What Safe Exercises Or Therapy Can I Do Given My Extensive Spinal And Shoulder Surgeries, Recent Falls, Chronic Pain, And Heavy Medication Use?

I have had 2 cervical ops. c2 thru c7. In back I have 2 1 1/2 rods to support neck, & front 2 titanium plates about 8" long. This last op. on right side the bone graft failed, went into 3 pcs, 1 halo screw & a possible shadow one, Then I had to get my r/s shoulder rotator cuff totally repaired for it tore completely in half. i have no lower disc (tail bone) dr, just took it out. Now I have fallen several times 1x last week on a boulder in my garden which jammed my spine all the way up into my neck area. I have 3 images to get, 2 mri's & 1 xray. I want to do some exercise though. I would usually be out in my yard working just doing something. I NEVER get to sleep b/4 3:30am to 7am each night and I do take a LOT OF MEDS TO HELP ME. RIGHT NOW I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN, BUT I HATE, DESPISE OPIODS THAT I HAVE BEEN TAKING FOR ALMOST 18 YRS, i CAN STOP THEM WHENEVER I WANT TO. To me, it's like taking a baby asprin, never that "high" people talk about,no edginess, sweats, just nothing. I want to get THERAPY & EXERCISES TO MAINTAIN MY HEALTH. 62 YRS GOOD CONDITION haha, live in Houston TX. near medical center & neuro DR is DR.STEPHEN ESSES.
