Hi,
Your hCG levels are good enough to indicate pregnancy and also since the titres have gone up, the pregnancy may be progressing. Yet, to confirm viability and healthy progress of the pregnancy, serial serum beta-hCG titres coupled with serial trans-vaginal sonograms are required. Doubling of titres every 2-3 days indicates good progress. If the bleeding persists and any zone of hemorrhage is noted in the sonogram with the fetus being alive, hormone supplements may be given along with absolute bed rest. Hope this helps.
