What Should I Apply To Regrow New Hairs Without Hair Fall ?

Hello Sir/Ma am, I m 33 years old now, height 5 feet 3 inches and weight 50kg. My parents have good hairs on their heads. For the last six months, I ve hair problem and have lost much hairs at the centre of my head in a circle shape and is clearly visible to others. Excluding this, around 40-60 hairs fall on daily basis. Many of my hairs have already turned into white. I ve sinus problem also. I daily use coconut oil and a normal soap. Then I consulted with a dermatologist and he suggested me to take Triatop ( Shampoo ), Mintop 5% ( Lotion ), Fefol Z, Finax, Vighan Forte but still the problem is same and my hairs are falling day-by-day. Please suggest me best medicines so that new hairs could grow on my head and hair fall will not take place. Please help me out.
