What Should I Do About 4 Years Of Ischemic Brain Disease And Worsening Dementia Despite Taking Penazep And Oppiprol, ?

age 51. 4 years suffering from escamic brain deceased. Few medicines continue on local doctor advice basis that is tablet penazep 2.5. & oppiprol 5o. This medicine now not to support properly because more than day one problem positively faced that is dementia ....please guide me
