What Should I Do About A History Of VTach, Heart Failure, And Ongoing Tiredness And Breathlessness Despite Recent Cardioversion?

I hv had vtach 12 ablations since 2003. Now have heart failure w/33% LVEF w/a skip in beat & constant afib as shown on nuclear stress test and echocardiogram. Had cardioconversion yesterday which fixed both. BUT I am still short of breath and very tired. Too soon for echo but if afib returns, EP will do ablation. If that fails she will shut down AV Node. I m 80F & don t exercise--FBSS L4/L5. Obese now. I feel doomed.
