What Should I Do About A Painful, Foul-smelling Keloid On My Shoulder When I Can’t Get Help Due To Insurance Issues?

I have a large keloid on my left shoulder it hurts so bad and smell everytime I try and schedule a dermatologist appointment they ask me to call my insurance which I thought that was there job to see plz I need answers this pain is so unbearable half of the time I can’t sleep at night
